Switchfoot Tacoma Concert reviews
Worst concert we've ever attended.
The ticket stated that the show would begin at 8pm with doors opening at 7pm. However, the DJ who performed before her didn't appear until after 9pm. She eventually took the stage at 11pm after being booed by the crowd for 20 minutes. There was minimal singing, and during her second song, she came out with aggressive language and violent imagery. The performance included blood and violent scenes both on stage and on a screen behind her. The language used throughout was inappropriate, especially considering the older age of the majority of the audience. Tacky and disappointing overall. We had hoped that the high ticket price would be reflected in the performance, which lasted less than 2 hours. Midway through the show, she shared her political views and encouraged the audience to embrace one another. It was a strange juxtaposition to witness someone promote violence and then call for peace.
